うなぎの寝床は小売店にしては珍しいかもしれませんが、月・火・水がお休みです。ハルはその間店のことをいろいろやったり、仕入れにいったりとしてます。最近は源太窯、唐津焼の府川和泉さんの工房に顔を出してきたようです。源太さんのところも、府川さんのところも言ったらお茶を出してくれます。そして世間話をあれこれ。楽しい時間です。

源太さんのところのお茶は原種というか、源太さんちの上の畑でできたお茶で、単体でブレンド無しの煎茶です。今お茶屋さんが出してる煎茶はいろんなところでとれた茶葉を茶商さんがブレンドして、味を一定に保ち出荷するという流れです。どのお茶屋さんも旨味と甘みが強く、色も綺麗で美味しいですが、味の差がそこまで大きくないように感じます。

源太さんところのお茶は、クセがあります。でも、それがなんだか「また飲みたいな。」と思わせる中毒性があって、たまに思い出します。うなぎの寝床で源太さんの器も扱ってはいますが、やっぱり窯元に行ってみるとまた印象が違うと思います。この土地から、この環境から生まれてきた器だということがわかります。

It is rare for retail shop that have a lot of closed on Monday,Tuesday,Wednesday. A manager HARU is busy during closed. little things to do and buying the products. Recently, he visited GENTA pottery at YAME and KARATSU pottery of FUKAWA IZUMI at SAGA. Both people take us a japanese tea when we visited. and make small talk over tea. it is good time for us.

GENTA’s japanese tea is the wild type,it is primitive harvest at the upper of GENTA’s pottery. it’s tea is no blend. Now, the tea deal in a shop selling tea is blend tea for keep the constant good taste. All tea is good taste but no originalty.

GENTA’s tea has a peculiarty. sometime the characterristic make me want this. GENTA’s pottery is very beautiful and simple. if you want this, you must go GENTA pottery.because you will be able to understand that formed pottery at good environment.
